Fine grind, 18g in / 36g out, 25–30 second extraction. Also great in a Moka pot or AeroPress, espresso-style. Whole bean or ground.

I’ve gone through a lot of espresso beans, and this one I order thee most. It pulls a thick crema, has a smooth caramel sweetness, and makes incredible lattes and cappuccinos.
