What's the difference between Classic and Bold Espresso?
Classic is a balanced medium roast with brown-sugar sweetness, milk chocolate, and a crisp red-apple finish — designed to pull a clean, approachable double shot from any espresso machine. Bold is a medium roast blended specifically for milk drinks: thick crema, caramel sweetness, and a long pecan-butter finish that holds up beautifully through steamed milk. Classic is your straight espresso; Bold is your latte and cappuccino workhorse.
Which roast should I use for lattes and cappuccinos?
Bold, without question. The caramel and nut notes amplify through steamed milk, making it the better blend for lattes and cappuccinos at home. Classic is the better pull when you're drinking the shot straight.
Are these espresso beans good for home espresso machines?
Yes — both are dialed for home setups. Classic pulls 18g in / 36g out for a balanced double and is also excellent in a Moka pot or as a strong AeroPress base. Bold uses the same parameters and also works well in a Moka pot or AeroPress, espresso-style.
Can I choose whole bean or ground?
