If you enjoy a dark roast with real flavor instead of burnt bitterness, give this one a try. I also made cold brew with it and it turned out amazing. Highly recommend.
Hands down, they know what they're doing here. Night Shift is DARK and it's truly the best coffee bean for brewing cold brew. I like to do a 10 hour brew but if you want to pump up the octane go for a 16 hour brew, but hold on tight!
